Our spin classes are ALWAYS FREE with your membership (so is a personal fitness evaluation and child care services.)

  • We offer spin classes every week! There are many options to choose from, for all interests and all fitness levels.
  • HEAT (High Energy Athletic Training), our small group personal training program, will keep you moving and motivated – thanks to your close-knit group of workout friends and group trainer.
  • If you’re looking for a personal coach, we’ve got those, too! Our staff includes certified personal trainers who will work with you one on one to reach and exceed your goals.

Our team includes nationally certified personal trainers and close to a dozen class instructors. They’re professional, personable people who are motivated to see you achieve success.
